These terms apply to the cleaning services provided by House Cleaner's Algarve, tax number (NIF) 264236050, a Global Cleaners brand. Each client’s specific conditions are set out in their quote or proposal, which prevails over these terms. The Portuguese version is the reference version.
1. Quotes
Quotes are free and based on a visit or photos of the space. They state the type of cleaning, the team and the planned hours, and the price per clean, per hour or per month.
2. Scheduling and access
Dates are confirmed by email or WhatsApp. The client ensures access to the property or space at the agreed time, for example through a key safe.
3. Products and equipment
We bring all the products, materials and equipment needed for the cleaning booked, unless agreed otherwise.
4. Invoicing
We invoice monthly, for the cleans actually done. Cleans that do not happen are not charged. Laundry is invoiced per item, separately.
5. Special situations
Properties in extreme condition are charged at 1.5 times the base price, always backed up with photos and communicated before going ahead. Extra time is only charged above 1 hour and with the team’s explanation. Sofas, mattresses, rugs, upholstery or severe mould are quoted separately.
6. Damage and forgotten items
Any damage found is photographed and reported to the client. Items left by guests are never thrown away: they are photographed, kept and returned as the client instructs.
7. Regular contracts
For office and public space contracts, the minimum period and frequency are set out in the proposal. The first month is a trial: if you are not happy, you can cancel.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy policy.
