2. What data we collect
When you fill in the quote request form, we collect your name, phone, email, town, type of service and the message you write. If you contact us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we process the data you share in that conversation.
3. What we use it for
We use your data only to answer your request, prepare the quote, schedule and provide the services you book and issue the related invoices. We do not send marketing messages without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, given when you send the form, on the pre-contractual steps you request (the quote), on performing the service contract and on complying with legal obligations, namely tax law.
5. How long we keep it
Data from quote requests that do not go ahead is kept only as long as needed to reply. Client data is kept for as long as the service relationship lasts and, after that, for the period required by tax and accounting law.
6. Who we share it with
We do not sell or hand over your data. It may be processed by providers who give us technical support, such as website hosting and email, always with data protection safeguards, or disclosed to public authorities when required by law.
7. Your rights
